Our solutions:
  • Complete order management system was automated.
  • Created new modules for Invoicing, proforma invoicing, custom invoice, export invoice, quality certification, dispatch order, container stuffing, and quality details and automated the entire process.
  • Exhaustive list of masters created to maintain the client's customers, factories, products, grades, shippers, ports, inventory, currencies, payment terms, shipping terms, composition master, mineral composition, email templates, invoice contact &payment inward details.
  • Complete tracking of each order, eg. customer information, quantity of order, dispatch details, pending order details, number of invoices raised, delivery notes, bag inventory, stuffing, bag request, proforma invoices, custom invoices.
  • Warehouse module created which includes container stuffing, shipment & bag request. (When an invoice is raised, parallel container stuffing happens. This is created to track the number of quantities dispatched with each container.)
  • Shipment module to track complete shipping details for the particular order and the customer.
  • Bug-tracker module created in the system to track new feature requests, complaints from the users and provide quick resolutions.
